4. Booking and Payment

• Service bookings may be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website.

• Prices vary based on the type and duration of services.

• All payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms, prior to or at the time of service delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

• Non-payment may result in cancellation of services.

5. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.

• Refunds, if any, are processed based on our Refund Policy, which will be available separately on the website or upon request.

• Delays due to unforeseen or uncontrollable events.

We do not provide emergency or life-critical care. In case of emergencies, please contact a hospital or ambulance immediately.
